Garment Management
The Garment Management module maintains detailed information about every garment registered in the system. The location, status, availability, and history of every registered garment are recorded. This feature enables operators to determine the actual life cycle of each garment, know the current inventory levels, and establish their future inventory requirements.
Assign and Unassign Garment
This module tracks when the garment was checked out and by whom. Garment availability can be determined without searching inventory. This enables operators to determine the exact location of all garments – whether they are with the employee, in the employees slot or in inventory – so that employees are held accountable for company property.
Check Items Out To Cleaner
This module provides a detailed list of garments sent to the cleaners, time picked up or dropped off, date and time of garments being returned, and a reconciliation capability that compares garments sent out and garments returned to identify any discrepancies between the two operations. A history of vendor transactions is also provided with the system.
Uniform Purchasing
This module provides for order entry and automatic receiving of the order. Garments are received against the Purchase Order and added to the inventory with a unique I.D. number. Budgeting information is included in the system software. This package can also be integrated into most major accounting packages.
Employee Management
This module provides for tracking of uniforms assigned to specific employees within the enterprise, and ensures that all employees are assigned the correct garments. A report for garments held by terminated employees is provided with the system software. A garment history is provided by employee name.
