Linen Management
The Linen Management module maintains detailed information about every linen item registered in the system. The location, status, availability, and history of every registered item is recorded. This feature enables operators to determine the actual life cycle of each item, know the current inventory levels, and establish their future inventory requirements.
Check Items Out To Laundry
This module provides a detailed list of items sent to the laundry, time picked up or dropped off, date and time of items being returned, and a reconciliation capability that compares items sent out and items returned to identify any discrepancies between the two operations. A history of vendor transactions is also provided with the system.
Linen Purchasing
This module provides for order entry and automatic receiving of the order. Linen deliveries are received against the Purchase Order and added to the inventory with a unique I.D. number. Budgeting information is included in the system software. This package can also be integrated into most major accounting packages
